We all know most dth companies are locked their stbs to watch their own channels only . They will not allow FTA tuning . But some stb s from sun direct can b unlocked and watch FTA channels .those boxes are Homecast
SN9000IR AND Daewoo S2400IIR MODELS supporting FTA tuning .Both will work c and Ku FTA signals.The thing is home cast is only dvbs not dvbs2, so can't tune dvbs2 signals .But the Daewoo box supports dvbs2 . So its the best STB to watch fta
